Rapid deck rebranding for a global summit series

A global events team needed 200 presentations from their company’s annual kickoff event rebranded to be used as a content repository of approved session materials that could be presented at a worldwide summit series taking place in various regions throughout the year. The kickoff event and summit series each had unique branding and thus required a unique PowerPoint template to keep the decks consistent with event branding. At the last minute, the agency they had planned to do the work became an unviable option.

The team needed experts knowledgeable in PowerPoint templates and deck formatting who could onboard to the project quickly and rebrand all the decks in just 5 days instead of the month originally allocated to the project. The PowerPoint template for the summit series needed to be consistent with the global event branding and compatible with the previous event template so that speakers could easily use, reuse, and revise the decks as needed throughout the year.

We immediately juggled our in-queue projects to create room in our editorial calendar and jumped into the project. We revised the PowerPoint template provided by the creative team to ensure that it was compatible with the previous event's template. This made it much more efficient to rebrand all the decks from the previous event template to the new summit series branding, which enabled us to deliver the project on time.

We finished all 200 decks in <5 days, ultimately saving the team as much as $40,000 over what they would have paid the agency. Additionally, we performed complimentary functionality checks on each deck and caught several errors that had not been addressed during the original event.
